Shades of Gray
Bonnie Florea shares . . .
If you dealt with life more openly,
Would it be clearer?
If conversation was discussion,
Would there be less misinterpretations?
If the earth were dark more then it were light,
Would you think of people in color?
If there were no rules to guide you through life,
Would chaos reign, or would temptation have no strife?
Strange are the ways of black and white
That make the many shades of gray.
Drink the water that is clear, dash the pollution away,
Smell the scents that are sweet as nature designed.
Kiss the fear away.
